I won't use the "D" word.<BR/><BR/>I seesaw between wanting to get back down to something reasonable for me and "oh, well, forget it." However, the incentive for getting back down to something reasonable is that with increase in weight, it does a number on my joints, especially hips and knees. That right there is pretty good reason to keep at it. That and wheezing at the top of the stairs and saying, "God, my knees hurt."<BR/><BR/>Time to go get some new pantyhose since mine are too small. They don't stretch enough but try to take the path of least resistance, which is down to the knees. The next thing I know, I'm walking like one of those young hoods with the sagged pants!<BR/><BR/>I hope you at least got a good laugh out of this comment.
